I was just watching the Food Network and saw on Unwrapped the special about your amazing company. A few months back I discovered your chocolate in one of Gainesville's finest food stores - curious, I purchased a few bars... I was immediately hooked!!!! This has to be the finest chocolate I have tasted and I so appreciate the organic element. Since "discovering" your chocolate I have literally purchased DOZENS of bars and have offered many of these to my students and colleagues here at the University of Florida. They love them as well and have made you many new loyal fans and customers. While searching for your web site I discovered the info on the recalls... please know that there are countless thousands of us "out here" who will remain loyal customers. Your high quality product is fantastic. I hope this unfortunate situation is remedied soon and that you will continue to offer us all this great product line. - Paul

The best "Mexican" chocolate! I mix 4 parts cocoa with 2 parts Xocolatl
and 1 part sugar. This makes the perfect Mexican mocha or hot chocolate
if you add espresso or hot milk. Muy bien! I love the fact that it's

A dieter's dream! Very potent -- a couple teaspoons of these kill my appetite for hours. Marguerite
Wonderful for nibbling, these nibs provide a rich chocolate fix without any added sugar or sweetener. The taste notes change with each nib -- smoke, dark chocolate, raspberry, and lime (at least to my palate) predominate. Recommended for introspective eating. M.H.
